How RsrvX works

RsrvX and the RsrvX Staff app

Delete your RsrvX data

RsrvX runs table menus, online bookings and waitlists, dining communities and the RsrvX Staff app for restaurants, and RsrvX accounts on rsrvx.com for guests. Here is how to delete what RsrvX holds about you.

If you used a table menu

Open that restaurant's menu on the same phone, scroll to the end and tap Remove what this phone shared. It deletes what that phone browsed and tapped there, its allergy and access notes, its assistant chats and any dining community membership joined from it. If a manager linked that phone to your membership, it also signs that phone out. Your order, your ratings and your server's notes stay with the restaurant. Table activity is tied to the phone, not to your email or number, so this form cannot find it.

If you booked a table or joined a waitlist

From the page your booking or waitlist link opens, you can cancel the booking or leave the waitlist, but the restaurant still keeps it in its book. To remove your name, email, mobile number and note from your bookings and waitlist places at every restaurant, use the form below once for each email or mobile number you booked with. The restaurant keeps each one's time, party size and outcome.

If you joined a restaurant's dining community

Open your member page and tap Leave the community. Leaving deletes your membership at that restaurant, with your points, check-ins, saved chats and preferences. Bookings you made keep your name and contact; the form below removes those. To leave every restaurant at once, use the form below. Deleting your RsrvX account also erases the memberships on it that we can confirm are yours.

If you have an RsrvX account

Sign in at rsrvx.com/account, open Your data and tap Delete my account. It erases the restaurant community memberships on your account that we can confirm are yours, with their points, check-ins, saved chats and preferences, plus your profile and its public page, your sharing settings, your message choices, and your sign-in with any requests for a call from our team made with it. A membership with a phone or email your account has not confirmed may only be taken off your account and stay with the restaurant; the form below can remove it. If you also work at a restaurant, your sign-in and those requests stay until you delete your staff account in the RsrvX Staff app. Bookings and waitlist places keep your name and contact; the form below removes those. Download my data on the same page gives you a copy first.

Go to your account

If you work at a restaurant on RsrvX

In the RsrvX Staff app, open More, then Delete my account. It removes your name, phone number, roles, alerts and menu training results right away and signs you out on every device. If you sign in to an RsrvX account on rsrvx.com with the same phone number or email, it deletes that account too, with its profile and public page and the memberships on it that we can confirm are yours. If you cannot sign in, use the form below.

Ask us to delete your data

We first contact you at the email or number you give us to confirm it is you. Then we delete the dining community memberships that use it at every restaurant, and the sign-ins that use it, with any staff account or RsrvX account on them. A restaurant's only owner has to add another owner first. We also remove your name, contact and note from the bookings and waitlist places made with it or through a membership we delete, delete requests for a call from our team sent with it without signing in, remove it from requests someone sent from their account, and tell you what we did. Send one request for each email address and each mobile number you used. We reply within 30 days.

I am a

What we keep

Restaurants keep a record of what happened during service, such as which table calls a staff member answered, handed off or closed and when, without your name or contact details. When a membership is erased, the restaurant keeps a record that it was erased, why, and how many points and check-ins it had, without your name or contact details. Bookings and waitlist places stay in the restaurant's book with their time, party size and outcome, and keep your name, contact and note until a request through the form on this page removes them. A restaurant's plan and billing records stay with the restaurant, and Stripe keeps the card and billing email an owner entered there. When an owner or manager deletes their staff account, what they wrote to RsrvX support in Inbox or by text stays in the restaurant's conversation with RsrvX, without their name. Deleting a membership, an RsrvX account or a sign-in also clears what the texts and emails sent to it through RsrvX said, and deletes the texts and emails sent to RsrvX from its email or number; we keep a record that each message was sent. An email or number stays on those records, and messages from it stay, only while another membership or account with RsrvX still uses it. If you asked us to stop texts or emails, we keep that address on our do-not-send list so they stay stopped. What you send with the restaurant sign-up or Book a demo forms on rsrvx.com is kept as a private file at Vercel, and a request on this page does not delete it. We also keep your request, with the email or number you gave us, and when we finished it. When you delete an RsrvX account, we keep a record that it was deleted, without your contact details.
