Shiro ebi is back
Forty pieces this week, members first. Ask for it from the X menu before Thursday.
The Dining Community add-on
RsrvX Dining Community lives inside your smart menu, free for every guest. Anyone can join from the table in one tap. Members rate dishes, answer each other’s questions and bring their friends, and every bit of it earns them a level. It runs itself, so your team keeps cooking.
Members’ hour helps fill your earliest tables on your quietest night, so they can turn before the dinner rush. Nothing new to cook.
Members come back for status, access and each other, not coupons. Every visit, rating and review moves them up, and your margins stay whole.
Any member can invite a friend. When the friend joins, the member levels up on the spot and the friend starts at Level 2. No coupons needed.
Why it works
The paid online communities that last share six habits. We rebuilt each one for a busy restaurant, with the work taken off your plate. Flip between the two.
The Table, Events, Members and Levels, inside the menu guests already open. Nothing to download to join, and nothing new for your staff.
Every rating, review, answer and visit earns points, and a review or a friend who joins is an instant level up. Perks are status and access, never discounts.
Every new member gets a welcome in your voice, a first-visit perk and three easy first steps. Nobody on your team lifts a finger.
A chef’s note every Monday, drafted for you. A members’ hour on your slowest night. Polls that close themselves.
Members and an automatic concierge answer questions about the menu. Your kitchen only hears about the few that need a person.
Profile photos, an opt-in “here tonight”, waves before words and a glass sent across the room turn strangers into regulars who come back together.
Every guest gets one RsrvX profile, with a photo and a level at each restaurant they love. They browse restaurant dining communities to join, open each restaurant’s welcome page and become a member in one tap. Joining from your menu still takes nothing to download.
Try it on the phone: pick a restaurant, open its welcome page and join.
Runs itself
Owners and chefs are already past full. So every ritual that keeps a community alive runs on its own, in your voice. The one thing that needs you takes a tap.
Want something changed? Ask your account managers, or switch off any rule yourself. Nothing is locked.
Levels
Rating a dish is worth more than anything else a member does at the table, and a review of their visit or a friend who joins levels them up on the spot. Your best feedback comes from your biggest fans, and they keep coming back to climb. Loyalty built on engagement, never on discounts.
Reviews stay on the right side of Google. Members level up for reviewing you inside RsrvX, at any star rating. They can post that review to Google in one tap, and that step earns nothing, because Google and Yelp ban rewards for reviews.
On the phone: rate tonight’s cod and watch Level 5 unlock, then review the visit for an instant level up.
Members meet members
The bigger the community, the more familiar faces in the room. Members who opt in appear on each other’s phones, photo and all, while they’re both there. A wave says hello, and once it’s returned they can talk or send over a glass through the server.
Try it on the phone: wave at Maya, then send her a glass. Or share an invite and watch a friend level you up.
Feedback
Polls write and close themselves. Your most engaged members taste what’s next with their regular order. The winner lands in Studio as a draft, so publishing it takes one tap. The example below uses a demo restaurant.
Members at Level 4 get small tastes of three dishes in development with their regular order, and score them at the table. No extra course, and no extra event for the kitchen.
Waiting for Friday. Fast-forward on the left.
For owners
Your view shows what RsrvX handled, how the community is growing and the one thing that needs you. Switch off any rule you’d rather run yourself.
It works. Approve the chef’s note, publish the poll winner, or switch a rule off and watch your time go up.
Full control
You decide what’s allowed. We don’t let guests be nasty: rude, abusive or off-topic posts are hidden automatically, and you have full authority to remove any comment or review that crosses the line. RsrvX is built to support the restaurant.
Launch
White glove service from day one. You don’t set anything up, and requests are handled quickly.
Start to finish, while you keep running service. Nothing to install, nothing to learn.
Account managers on call for you. Change a dish, add a perk, pause a rule: just ask. We aim to handle simple requests in under 90 seconds.
No camera, no designer. RsrvX drafts your welcome page from your menu before you lift a finger. Want it different? Describe it in a sentence, or just ask your account manager. A welcome video is optional, never required.
Drafted from your menu. Nothing for you to do.Questions
Almost none. Our white glove team sets everything up, and your account managers handle requests fast. Day to day, about five minutes a week: RsrvX welcomes members, answers menu questions, drafts the chef’s note, fills open tables and sends win-back notes. You approve the note, or skip it.
It shouldn’t. Rating a dish takes one tap, and the rest of the community sits behind its own tab, for before and after the meal. Members’ hour helps fill your earliest seating so those tables can turn before the rush, and cancellations go to members first, so fewer seats sit empty.
Anyone who dines with you, free, in one tap from the menu, and anyone a member invites. You can remove anyone who breaks the house rules.
Other members first, because helpful answers earn points. An automatic concierge answers menu facts like pairings from your menu data, and always tells guests to confirm allergies with their server. Anything that needs your team lands in one daily digest.
Rating a dish earns the most of anything a member does at the table. A review of their visit, at any star rating, or a friend who joins levels them up on the spot. Points never come from spending, so loyalty comes from engagement, not discounts. Pick your own level names and perks, or keep ours.
Yes. You have full control over what’s allowed. Rude, abusive or off-topic posts are hidden automatically, and you can remove any comment or review that crosses the line in one tap. Honest feedback stays genuine: you hear about a bad moment while the guest is still at the table, so you always get the chance to make it right first.
No, and that protects you. Google and Yelp ban rewards for reviews, and the penalties land on your listing. Members level up for reviewing you inside RsrvX, at any star rating, and can post that review to Google in one tap, with nothing in return.
The dining community lives behind its own tab. Nothing changes for guests who never open it, and members only see each other when both choose to be visible.
Members share a first name, a level, one interest and, if they like, a profile photo. Being visible is opt-in and works both ways, messages need a mutual wave, and members can leave and be forgotten anytime.
No. Membership is free for every guest, because a bigger community gives guests more reasons to visit.
Our white glove team sets everything up, and your account managers handle requests fast.
